Recently, he attended an open-day at the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool, for their choir. He really enjoyed the experience and, as such he went for an audition to join them.
Thankfully, he was accepted and the weekend that has just passed was his first session as a probationer.
He attended a one hour practice on Saturday and a three hour practice on the Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed them both. He is very fortunate that he will be taught; on how to sing properly and music theory (including sight-reading). He also gets to sing some of the most beautiful songs ever written in what can only be described as an awe-inspiring building.
He loves singing, and knew that he wanted to audition for the Choir.
I’m really proud of him and I’m not ashamed to admit it.
